Return & Exchange Policy

At The Much Co.™, your comfort and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve kept our return and exchange process simple and transparent — just like our shoes.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

  • Personalized or custom orders are non-returnable unless found defective.


📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Simply email us at info@themuchcompany.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9306422588.
Please mention your Order ID and your reason for return or exchange.
Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and guide you through the process.

Please note: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned pair, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed as store credit, valid for 6 months.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Please mention your preferred size or style when requesting.

  • In case of unavailability, we will process a store credit instead.

  • Style exchanges are allowed only once per order and only on MRP (discounts do not apply).


📦 Reverse Pickup

We offer 2 free pickup attempts for returns/exchanges.
If both attempts fail, we request the customer to self-ship the product to our warehouse.


🩺 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours at +91 9306422588 or info@themuchcompany.com.

  • Share your Order ID and an unboxing video of the product with the original packaging.

  • If approved, we will replace the product at no extra cost and ship the new pair within 7–10 business days.


🛍️ Final Sale – Special Terms

Please note, our Final Sale policy is different:

  • One-time free size exchange available (subject to size availability)

  • No style exchanges on Final Sale items

  • Customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse

  • Refunds are provided as store credit only
