At The Much Co.™, your comfort and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve kept our return and exchange process simple and transparent — just like our shoes.
✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Personalized or custom orders are non-returnable unless found defective.

Please mention your Order ID and your reason for return or exchange.
Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and guide you through the process.
Please note: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned pair, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed as store credit, valid for 6 months.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Please mention your preferred size or style when requesting.

In case of unavailability, we will process a store credit instead.

Style exchanges are allowed only once per order and only on MRP (discounts do not apply).
📦 Reverse Pickup
We offer 2 free pickup attempts for returns/exchanges.
If both attempts fail, we request the customer to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
🩺 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please:

Share your Order ID and an unboxing video of the product with the original packaging.

If approved, we will replace the product at no extra cost and ship the new pair within 7–10 business days.
