1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched and a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Metro Cities (India): 2–4 business days
Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
Pre-order or Custom Styles: Delivery time may vary and will be specified on the product page.

Note: Delivery delays may occur during high-volume seasons, holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping (India): Free for all prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹[Insert Amount, if applicable] convenience fee
International Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout (coming soon)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order under the "My Orders" section of your account.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery providers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and others to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

7. Missed or Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again. In case of repeated delivery failures, the package may be returned to us. We will reach out to coordinate reshipment or refund (minus shipping costs, if applicable).

8. Address & Contact Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and pincode are correct at checkout. The Much Co.™ is not responsible for delivery delays or loss due to incorrect shipping information.
