You can exchange your pair for a different size or style, or choose store credit — valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Shoes must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Worn or damaged returns may not be accepted and could be sent back.

Need a size or style change? We’ve got you — up to two exchange requests per order.
6. Style Swaps & Discounts 🎯
If you’re exchanging for a different style, the exchange will be done at MRP — promotional discounts won’t apply.
7. Pickup Policy 🚚
We’ll arrange up to 2 reverse pickup attempts. If those don’t go through, we’ll need you to send the product back to us at your own cost.
