All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

We offer refunds in the form of store credit, not to the original payment method.

2. Change of Heart? No Problem 🔄
You can exchange your pair for a different size or style, or choose store credit — valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

3. Store Credit Terms 📌
Store credit is valid for future purchases but cannot be combined with any promotional or discount codes.

4. Keep It Pristine 👀
Shoes must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Worn or damaged returns may not be accepted and could be sent back.

5. Exchanges — You Get 2 Tries 👟
Need a size or style change? We’ve got you — up to two exchange requests per order.

6. Style Swaps & Discounts 🎯
If you’re exchanging for a different style, the exchange will be done at MRP — promotional discounts won’t apply.

7. Pickup Policy 🚚
We’ll arrange up to 2 reverse pickup attempts. If those don’t go through, we’ll need you to send the product back to us at your own cost.
